I know I eat badly, or out-of-control, when I’m overtired. For me the secret of eating well is not to be too tired… Mommy akways told me that when I was little I would get hunger and tiredness mixed up — and I guess I still do — I eat to stay awake when I need to finish work before I allow myself to sleep. Does that happen to you?
Yes, it does. Staying up late is guaranteed to wreak havoc with my food choices. I should make better use of my time during the day.
