Well, my first Isabody Challenge is over. It didn’t go quite the way I expected it to, but Iβm still pretty happy with it.
I started off going gangbusters β shakes, cleanses, brain boosters, sleep spray, e-shots, working out five days a week, throwing everything at my body that I possibly could. I dropped 5 kg in a month, and I felt fantastic. My July picture, at the end of my first 30 day challenge, just amazed me.
But everything has its price. Near the end of July, I ran into some medical issues. What, demanded my immune system, do you think youβre doing? Kicking and screaming, I found myself on steroids for eight weeks of the sixteen, and having to dial back my exercise. Sigh. Itβs a game of whack-a-mole for me, and has been since 1987. Sometimes you just do what youβve got to do.
So, I’ve regained some of that weight, but my problem has gone quietly back into remission. I have restarted my program more cautiously, introducing the products one at a time and making sure my body is comfortable with them. Iβm still feeling infinitely better than I did in June, and while my October picture is not as amazing as my July picture, Iβm still miles ahead of where I was when I began. I can carry heavy grocery bags, run with my kids, and deal with everything life throws at me with a smile on my face.
I plan to get out of that game of whack-a-mole, to allow my body to heal itself with nutrition and cleansing. There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that I will lose all of that fat, without triggering any autoimmune responses, and that Isagenix has changed my life forever, for the better.
good luck!
