Spring has sprung … (and I’ve got some goals!)

cherry blossom Well, kind of. This picture is obviously not from around here. But the trees are budding here, too! In just a few weeks, green will be exploding all around us.

In springtime, a middle-aged woman’s fancy turns to her health goals. Remembering beloved family members who are no longer with us because of preventable diseases, and determined to rock those summer clothes.

Today is the day after Passover, I’ve been reunited with my sorely-missed nutritional support system, and I’m ready to rock and roll.

I hereby declare that I will stick to my program for the next 30 days like my life depends on it (well, actually, it does. My mother passed away from the complications of diabetes at age 69, and I don’t want to follow her example). I’m planning to chronicle that journey on this blog.

Who wants to do this with me???

Leave a comment below, or even better, contact me to set up a meeting, either in person or by Zoom!

I can’t wait to do this together.
